FAQ

Q0: What is your unique value proposition, in other words why should I hire you?

A0: Unmatched qualifications (UIAGM), unmatched local knowledge, unbeatable price, "all-you-can-climb" service, every day our guide will climb with you with no preset time limit until we hear these three words from your mouth: Enough for today!

Q1: Apart from the logistics, what professional services you offer included in your packages?

A1: All our climbing packages include the professional services from our certified guides in:
  • Sport climbing
  • Multipitch routes
  • Trad climbing

Our guide will give beginners basic climbing training, may give climbing coaching to intermediate climbers, and may just be climbing partner to advanced climbers if asked to.

Q2: What do we need to bring with us?

A2:For day trips,  the absolute minimum is that you bring with you climbing shoes. Harness and helmet we can provide if you cannot bring them. You may rent the climbing shoes in Barcelona, ask us.
For multi day trips: Bring your clothes, sleeping bag, and climbing gear: Shoes, harness, ropes, quickdraws, belaying devices, etc. and nuts and friends in case you want to climb traditional.  You don't need to bring cooking devices, tent, food.

Q3: We want to visit Barcelona during the summer. Is the Barcelona package adequate during summertime?

A3: Yes, it is! We have many good options: Montserrat has  areas in the shade with fresh air, Sant Llorenç is quite nice in the afternoon. And Pedraforca, 2.500 m.  altitude just 120 Km. from Barcelona is a good option as well, apart from the many Secret Spots we know as local guides that are fresh and in the shade all day long.

Q4: We want to do the Prades & Rodellar 7 days package, adding some multipitch routes as well. Is that OK?

A4: Yes, Rodellar has some 3-4 pitches routes, and if you want to do a couple of days of multipitch bolted routes or even traditional, we can modify the itinerary, and do some days at Prades (Siurana, Margalef, etc) and then some days at Vilanova and Terradets or Riglos, with lots of routes.
